plans, detailing services and shop drawings.
We are experienced in complying with
Arctic & government requirements;
specialized design projects are currently
in operation at Vandenberg Air Force
Base, Fort Greely, Eielson Air Force
Base, Pogo Gold Mine, various rural Alaskan
villages and small towns, and the North
Slope oilfields.
Production:
The welding & fabrication
facility is fitted with state-of-the-art
equipment, including:

facility with 2 each 5-ton overhead
cranes
- CNC plasma/oxyacetylene
cutting table, 8' x 20'
- Ocean Machinery "Liberator" 5-axis
CNC beam coper with powered rolls
- Montgomery double
pinch plate rolls, 1/4 x 8' capacity
- Blue Valley Flanger,
3/8 x 12' diameter capacity

ironworkers, 100 and 120 ton
- Thermion spray-arc
galvanization and skid-resistant

for steel and aluminum processes
- Extensive steel,
aluminum, rebar and tank inventory
- Fenced yard for
secure projects
Shop capacities
include all processes of steel and aluminum
welding, tank fabrication and rebar work.
For mining and heavy equipment contractors,
we supply wear plates and steel sets,
hard-facing and equipment rebuilding
services.
Delta Industrial
maintains current AWS-compliant welding
certifications and uses AWS Prequalified
Welding Procedures. Mill test reports,
quality control documents and inspection
services are provided to the specifications
of the particular project.
Finishes:
In
addition to traditional primer and
paint finishes, we provide
spray-arc galvanization and
slip/skid resistant coatings.
